ERIC COE - Chairman Council representative for East Slope Anglers
Eric is a graduate of Iowa State University with a BS in Construction Engineering and is currently managing the estimating department for Garney Construction, a large civil/municipal general contractor. Eric started fishing and hunting at a very early age and currently enjoys a wide range of fishing and hunting activities with his family and especially his wife Judi. He competes with Judi in competitive regional and national walleye tournaments and is sponsored by Aurora Marine and Lund Boats. When fishing season winds down and hunting season begins, Eric Coe fishing he pursues big game, primarily with a bow and enjoys waterfowling until fishing season starts again.
He is currently active in several conservation organizations, serving as President of the Colorado Walleye Association and a committee member for Ducks Unlimited in Lakewood. He is also currently or a past member of Colorado Bowhunters Association, Rocky Mountain Bighorn Society, Pope and Young Club and the National Rifle Association.

TERRY CARWILE - Council representative for Municipalities
Terry has lived in Colorado for more than 47 years. He is a hunter and fisherman — big game, small game, birds; river fishing, lake fishing, ice fishing for both cold and warm water species. His other interests include cycling: he has ridden in twelve Ride The Rockies bike tours. He also enjoys hiking, river rafting — just about anything outdoor-related.
He works with the Craig Chamber of Commerce as the Sportsman Information Officer, providing hunting, fishing and other outdoor recreational info for folks who want to spend time outside in NW Colorado.

JOSH CURE - Council representative for Agriculture
Josh has lived in Colorado all his life. He is the owner and operator of the Kirk Locker in Kirk, Colorado. He is also part-time town Marshall.
He is the State President of Colorado Pheasants Forever and Vice President of Local Chapter, Stratton Alumni Association and a volunteer fireman.
Josh lives with his wife and young children in Stratton. He loves to hunt Pheasants, Doves, Antelope and Deer. He also enjoys fishing and camping.

DOROTHEA FARRIS - Council representative for Counties
A CU graduate and Colorado resident since 1954, Dorothea Farris is a teacher (12 years), educator (Aspen Board of Education for 20 years), an advocate for wildlife and wildlife habitat (DOW for 1 year), and a community activist (currently Pitkin County Commissioner, 3rd term).
Dorothea enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, camping, and exploring the back roads and wild lands of our incredible state.

BOB HEWSON - Council representative for East Slope Hunters
Bob lives in Loveland, Colorado, with his wife, Maureen and children Sara and Nate. He moved to Colorado from Michigan in 1964.
Bob is cofounder and Executive Director of Colorado Youth Outdoors, with the mission of building healthy relationships between youth and parents through outdoor activities. He is passionate about sharing and introducing folks about the outdoors opportunities that our state offers.
“It's frightening to meet people who haven't taken advantage of all the public lands and wonderful natural resources our state has to offer for an almost limitless recreation and sporting opportunity.”
Bob enjoys upland, waterfowl and big game hunting. He also enjoys ice, spin and fly fishing. He also enjoys and takes part in youth competitive sports, coaching and mentoring outdoor activities. Bob‘s favorite joke is to tell people who are ice fishing and not catching any fish, to warm up a meal worm in their mouth for more action. People will actually do it!

Windi Padia
Council representative for Colorado Division of Wildlife
As the Education Section Manager for the Colorado Division of Wildlife, Windi is responsible for managing outreach efforts designed to introduce kids and families to hunting, fishing and the outdoors.
Windi graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and began her career with the Division of Wildlife in 2003 as a District Wildlife Manager in the Longmont District.
Her outdoor interests include fishing, hunting, horseback riding and hiking. She lives in Frederick, Colorado, and she and her husband look forward to introducing their 2 young children to all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

CHRIS RUSSELL - Council Marketing representative
Chris is the Marketing and Product Director for Eagle Claw Fishing Tackle. He has an extensive background in print, TV, sponsorship, and grassroots advertising related to the outdoor industry. He lives in Brighton, Colorado, with his wife Christie and 2 children, Scott and Kyndra.
Chris moved to Colorado from Eugene, Oregon, in 2001. A longtime outdoor person, he enjoys all kinds of fishing in all kinds of places. He also enjoys camping, hiking with family and many other outdoor activities. His goal is to catch a fish in all 50 states and is currently at 28. Ultimately, he wants to catch a fish in every country!
