NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING:

The Wildlife Management Public Education Advisory Council will meet on Friday, April 9th,10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Eagle Claw Fishing Tackle Co. office, located at 4245 East 46th Ave., Denver, CO 80216. DIRECTIONS: Exit I-70 on Colorado Blvd North, Eagle Claw is on the NE corner of I-70 and Colorado. Turn right at the first light onto 46th, the frontage road, and follow it to the Eagle Claw offices. The Council is charged with developing a plan for a media-based public education program to educate the public about wildlife management and wildlife-related recreation opportunities, especially hunting and fishing.

Although the WMPEAC budget is managed by the DOW, the council acts independently. The DOW has no control over how that budget is structured or spent.
